CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary - therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that that cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
